Overview

BA1106 is a human anti-CD25 monoclonal antibody developed by Boan Biotech. It targets the interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (IL2RA) and functions by depleting Treg cells in the tumor microenvironment through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), thereby increasing the number of effector T cells. Unlike other anti-CD25 antibodies, BA1106 does not block the IL-2 signaling pathway, allowing it to specifically deplete Treg cells without impairing effector T cells. It has shown therapeutic effects in both early-stage and advanced tumors and synergizes with anti-PD-1 antibodies.
