BA1304

BA1304 is an investigational bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Shandong Boan Biotechnology. It is engineered to simultaneously target the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and endoglin (ENG, also known as CD105). EGFR is a well-validated oncogenic driver overexpressed in various solid tumors, while ENG is a co-receptor for transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) primarily expressed on tumor vascular endothelial cells and certain tumor cells. By dual-targeting these antigens, BA1304 is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells and the supporting tumor vasculature, potentially enhancing anti-tumor efficacy and overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. The drug utilizes site-specific glycan conjugation technology for payload attachment and is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of multiple solid tumors, including lung, esophageal, and colorectal cancers.
