Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BA2168 is a bispecific T cell engager (TCE) currently in lead optimization by T-Cypher Bio for the treatment of various solid tumors. The molecule is designed to simultaneously bind to the tumor-associated antigen TC168 and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby recruiting and activating T cells to specifically eliminate TC168-expressing cancer cells. Its development targets a broad range of indications, including microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS CRC), gastric, esophageal, lung, bladder, and pancreatic cancers, as well as melanoma and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
