Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BA301 is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by T-Cypher Bio for the treatment of various autoimmune diseases. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target TC301, a specific antigen, and simultaneously bind to the CD3 receptor on T cells to redirect their activity. In the context of autoimmune therapy, this mechanism is typically intended to deplete pathogenic cell populations, such as autoreactive B cells or T cells, that drive disease pathology. BA301 is currently in the discovery and lead selection phase of development.
