Overview

BA3361 is a conditionally and reversibly active antibody drug conjugate (ADC) developed by BioAtla for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. It targets Nectin-4, a cell-cell adhesion molecule that is overexpressed in various human malignancies. The drug uses BioAtla’s Conditionally Active Biologic (CAB) technology to enhance tumor selectivity and reduce off-target toxicity. Its next-generation carbohydrate linker system improves serum stability and hydrophilicity, aiming to increase potency while minimizing side effects. Preclinical data have shown complete tumor regression in several xenograft models and superior efficacy compared to an enfortumab vedotin analogue in pancreatic cancer models[1][5][7].
