Overview
Bacilac Drops (also known as Bacilac Infantis Drops) is a probiotic dietary supplement developed by Vesale Pharma, specifically formulated for infants and pediatric use to support digestive health and microbiota development. The product contains a combination of probiotic strains from the *Lactobacillus* and *Bifidobacterium* genera, often supplemented with Tormentil root. It is indicated for the maintenance and restoration of intestinal flora, the treatment of acute infectious diarrhea, antibiotic-associated diarrhea, and the prevention of nosocomial diarrhea, as well as the relief of infant colic. A key feature of the formulation is the use of Intelicaps®, a patented micro-encapsulation technology that protects the probiotic bacteria during gastric passage, significantly increasing their viability and ensuring effective colonization in the gut.
