A combination of baclofen, a GABA-ergic agonist used to manage severe spasticity of cerebral or spinal origin, and diltiazem, a calcium channel blocker used to treat hypertension and manage chronic stable angina. When used together, these medications may cause additive central nervous system depression, impairment of judgment, thinking, and psychomotor skills, and increased risk of hypotension.
