Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bactolytix Melon is a bacteriophage-based agricultural treatment developed by GREENPHAGE to protect melon crops from bacterial blight, primarily caused by *Pseudomonas* bacteria. The product consists of a cocktail of virulent bacteriophages that specifically target and lyse pathogenic bacteria while preserving the plant's natural flora. As a biological control agent, it offers an alternative to traditional chemical antibacterial treatments. It was developed based on microbiology expertise from GREENPHAGE founders and in partnership with research laboratories such as LEM and LSTM.
