Overview
Baobei Zhi Ke Oral Solution is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapeutic developed by the Gansu Yasheng Academy of Sciences for the treatment of respiratory conditions. It is primarily indicated for cough resulting from acute tracheobronchitis or acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, specifically for patients presenting with the wind-heat attacking the lung pattern in TCM diagnosis. The formulation is administered as an oral solution and has undergone Phase 3 clinical testing in China to evaluate its antitussive and expectorant efficacy compared to established treatments like Jizhi Syrup.
