**Baolijin** (保力津®) is a recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) developed in China for treating neutropenia, particularly in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. G-CSF stimulates the production and mobilization of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell critical for fighting infections, addressing chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression.
