**BARS13**, also designated **ADV110**, is an investigational intramuscular recombinant protein-subunit vaccine being developed by Advaccine for prevention of respiratory syncytial virus infection and associated respiratory disease. It contains a purified, non-glycosylated recombinant respiratory syncytial virus G attachment protein produced in *Escherichia coli* as the vaccine antigen, together with formulated cyclosporine A as an immunomodulatory adjuvant component. The vaccine is designed to induce RSV G protein-specific humoral immunity while modulating immune responses to reduce the risk of vaccine-enhanced respiratory disease. Phase I testing in healthy adults and a completed Phase II study in adults aged 60–80 years evaluated safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity.
