Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BAT1006 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the extracellular dimerization domain (Subdomain II) of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). It is designed with enhanced antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) to improve anti-tumor activity. The drug is being developed for the treatment of HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including breast cancer. Clinical development includes dose escalation and expansion studies, as well as combination therapy with other HER2-based treatments such as antibody-drug conjugates. BAT1006 is being developed by Bio-Thera Solutions[2][3][4][6].
