BAT6005 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains), an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. By inhibiting TIGIT, BAT6005 is designed to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by blocking the inhibitory signals that suppress T cell and NK cell activity in the tumor microenvironment. The antibody was discovered using Bio-Thera Solutions’ proprietary IDEAL (Intelligent Design and Engineered Antibody Libraries) platform and possesses normal IgG1 ADCC function. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, with ongoing clinical trials evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, maximum tolerated dose, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy[2][3][4][6].
