BAT6021

BAT6021 is an investigational anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of solid tumors. It is engineered with afucosylated modification to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity. The drug targets T-cell immunoreceptor with immunoglobulin and ITIM domains (TIGIT), an inhibitory receptor expressed on various immune cells, particularly tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). By binding to TIGIT, BAT6021 blocks its interaction with ligands CD112 and CD155, thereby preventing immunosuppressive signaling and potentially restoring antitumor immune responses.
