Batoprotafib + nazartinib is an investigational oral combination therapy being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Batoprotafib (TNO155) is a selective small molecule inhibitor of SHP2, a protein tyrosine phosphatase involved in RAS/MAPK pathway signaling. Nazartinib (EGF816) is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI), designed to target activating and resistance mutations in EGFR. The rationale for combining these agents is to block parallel or compensatory signaling pathways that drive tumor growth and resistance mechanisms.
