Bawei Xiaobopi Jiaonang is a traditional Tibetan medicine herbal formulation developed and manufactured by Qinghai Jiumei Tibetan Medicine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The capsule contains eight active herbal ingredients: berberine bark (小檗皮), long pepper (荜芨), red flower (红花), emblic myrobalan (余甘子), licorice (甘草), bear bile powder (熊胆粉), artificial musk (人工麝香), and ink stick (京墨). This approved drug has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and is used to treat urinary tract infections, urinary pain, turbid urine, hematuria (blood in urine), and spermatorrhea. It is administered orally as capsules (0.3g per capsule), typically at a dosage of 3-4 capsules twice daily. It holds the Chinese approval number 国药准字Z20025870.
