It is an oral granule formulation based on the classic Ba Zhen Tang (Eight Treasures Decoction) formula. The product is used in TCM to replenish Qi and nourish blood, specifically targeting "Qi and Blood deficiency" syndrome. This condition is characterized by symptoms such as a sallow or pale complexion, dizziness, palpitations, fatigue, and loss of appetite. As a multi-herb TCM formulation, it contains extracts from eight primary herbs: Panax ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Angelica sinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, and Ligusticum chuanxiong. It is currently approved and marketed in China as a general TCM pharmaceutical.
