Bazhen Yimu Tablets (八珍益母片) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Qianjin Research Institute (Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmaceutical). It is a modified version of the classic 'Bazhen' (Eight Treasures) formula, enriched with Motherwort (Yi Mu Cao). The formulation consists of nine key herbal ingredients: Leonurus japonicus (Yi Mu Cao), Codonopsis pilosula (Dang Shen), Atractylodes macrocephala (Bai Zhu), Poria cocos (Fu Ling), Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Gan Cao), Angelica sinensis (Dang Gui), Paeonia lactiflora (Bai Shao), Ligusticum striatum (Chuan Xiong), and Rehmannia glutinosa (Shu Di Huang). Bazhen Yimu Tablets are approved in China for tonifying qi and blood, regulating menstruation, and promoting blood circulation. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of irregular menstruation, menstrual disorders, and general weakness or fatigue associated with qi and blood deficiency.
