Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BB334 is an investigational, cultured live biotherapeutic product (LBP) being developed by BiomeBank for the treatment of checkpoint inhibitor-induced colitis. Discovered using BiomeBank's proprietary CONSORTIOME platform, BB334 is a defined microbial consortium designed to restore gut microbial ecology and modulate the gut microbiome. By replenishing key bacterial strains and restoring healthy microbial functions, the therapy aims to alleviate mucosal inflammation and resolve colitis triggered by cancer immunotherapies (immune checkpoint inhibitors). BB334 is currently in the preclinical discovery stage of development.
