Overview

**BBP-954** is a preclinical small molecule drug being developed as an irreversible inhibitor of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4). It is intended for the treatment of solid and hematological cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The drug aims to trigger ferroptosis in cancer cells by inhibiting GPX4, which protects cells from oxidative damage.
