Overview

**BBT-015** is a proprietary long-acting analog of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) developed by Bolder BioTechnology using site-specific PEGylation technology to attach polyethylene glycol at a unique site, extending its half-life and potency compared to native G-CSF or pegfilgrastim (Neulasta). It stimulates production and accelerates recovery of neutrophils, a key white blood cell type for fighting infections, as well as increases circulating peripheral blood progenitor cells (CD34+). Primarily indicated for chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in cancer patients, where it enables once-per-cycle dosing versus daily injections, and for Acute Radiation Syndrome (ARS) to enhance survival and hematopoietic recovery post-radiation exposure. Phase 1 trials in healthy volunteers (completed 2018) demonstrated dose-dependent pharmacokinetics, superior neutrophil stimulation, higher CD34+ cell mobilization, and good tolerability with fewer/milder adverse events than pegfilgrastim[1][2][7][10].
