BC0003

BC0003 is a dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently in the discovery stage of development by Protheragen. It is designed to target Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (Trop-2), a glycoprotein that is highly expressed in a wide range of solid tumors, including breast, lung, and pancreatic cancers, while having limited expression in normal tissues. The dual-payload architecture of BC0003 aims to deliver two different cytotoxic agents to the tumor site, potentially providing a synergistic effect and reducing the likelihood of drug resistance compared to single-payload ADCs. The program is part of Protheragen's available projects for licensing or partnership.
