Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BC004 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody that targets both HER2 (ERBB2) and CD3. It is designed to treat HER2-positive advanced solid tumors by simultaneously binding to the HER2 receptor on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby redirecting T cell cytotoxicity toward cancer cells. The drug is administered intravenously and is currently in early clinical development. Its primary indications include HER2-positive breast cancer, gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, and other advanced solid tumors with HER2 overexpression or low expression[1][2][3][5]. There are no approved drugs with this exact target combination currently available.
