BCD-055 + methotrexate

BCD-055 + methotrexate is a combination therapy composed of BCD-055, a biosimilar to infliximab, and methotrexate, a classic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD). BCD-055 is a chimeric monoclonal antibody directed against tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), thereby inhibiting inflammation and immune-mediated tissue damage. Methotrexate is a folate antagonist that suppresses cellular proliferation by inhibiting dihydrofolate reductase and modulates immune responses.
