BCG048

**BCG048** is a preclinical, dual-payload bispecific antibody-drug conjugate developed by Biocytogen for solid tumors. It binds **integrin αvβ6** and **B7-H3/CD276**, two tumor-associated antigens that can be co-expressed in heterogeneous epithelial cancers. The ADC combines a vcMMAE microtubule-inhibitor payload with Biocytogen's BLD1102 linker-payload system containing the topoisomerase I inhibitor BCPT02. This dual-target, dual-payload design is intended to enhance tumor-cell internalization, broaden coverage of tumors with variable target expression, and mitigate resistance associated with single-target or single-payload ADCs. Preclinical PDX studies have reported antitumor activity in solid-tumor models.
