Overview

BCM-5011 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting CD19 (hCD-19), developed by ImmuneCyte Life Sciences for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. The therapy is engineered to recognize and eliminate CD19-positive malignant B cells. BCM-5011 is manufactured using the proprietary CARTXpress™ platform, licensed from ThermoGenesis Holdings, which is designed to streamline production and significantly reduce costs compared to currently approved CAR-T products. It is currently positioned as the lead product candidate in ImmuneCyte's immuno-oncology pipeline.
