Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BCM-5021 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy developed by ImmuneCyte Life Sciences for the treatment of solid tumors. The program leverages the company's proprietary X-BACS (X-ray-based Automated Cell Separation) technology to isolate and expand tumor-reactive lymphocytes from the patient's own tumor microenvironment. These expanded T cells are then re-infused into the patient to recognize and eliminate cancer cells through a polyclonal immune response directed at various tumor-associated antigens and neoantigens.
