Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BCMA ASPIRE-T is an investigational, next-generation chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by TCRCure Biotech (TCRCure Biopharma) for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Utilizing TCRCure's proprietary ASPIRE-T platform, the therapy is designed to redirect the TCR/CD3 complex to overcome the limitations of conventional CAR-T and TCR-T therapies, aiming to deliver robust, sustained, and safer immune responses. The candidate targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), a cell surface receptor highly expressed on malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma, and is currently in preclinical development.
