Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BCMA-BBZ-OX40 CAR-T is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy engineered to target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) with a 4-1BB costimulatory domain and an independently expressed OX40 costimulatory molecule. This design enhances anti-tumor cytotoxicity, proliferative capacity, and reduces T cell exhaustion, resulting in potent tumor cell killing and improved duration of response. It has demonstrated strong efficacy and tolerability in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) patients, with both traditional and instant manufacturing platforms, especially the InstanCART process that accelerates manufacturing and boosts cellular kinetics. The primary indication is multiple myeloma[1][3][7].
