Overview

**BCMA-GPRC5D CAR-T cells** are an investigational, autologous dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy developed by Shenzhen University General Hospital for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Patient-derived T cells are genetically engineered ex vivo to recognize both B-cell maturation antigen and G protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member D, two antigens expressed on malignant plasma cells. Dual targeting is intended to enhance myeloma-cell killing and reduce relapse driven by loss or low expression of either individual antigen. The site-specific product is being evaluated in the Phase I/IIa trial NCT06644443. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06644443))
