Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BD100 is a computationally designed multibody drug conjugate (MDC) developed by Biolojic Design for the treatment of solid tumors. It is engineered to simultaneously target two well-validated tumor-associated antigens, Nectin-4 (Poliovirus receptor-related protein 4) and TROP2 (Tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2). By utilizing a dual-targeting approach, BD100 aims to enhance the specificity of cytotoxic payload delivery to cancer cells, potentially increasing the therapeutic window and overcoming resistance mechanisms associated with single-target antibody-drug conjugates. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
