Overview

BD9 is a dual-specific multibody (bispecific antibody) designed to target and inhibit both thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and interleukin-13 (IL-13), two key cytokines involved in TH2-driven inflammatory diseases. Developed using Biolojic Design's computational biology and artificial intelligence platform, BD9 aims to provide a more comprehensive approach to treating conditions such as atopic dermatitis and asthma by simultaneously blocking both upstream (TSLP) and downstream (IL-13) drivers of inflammation. This mechanism may offer advantages over existing therapies that typically target only one pathway. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries holds exclusive worldwide rights for the development and commercialization of BD9 under an agreement with Biolojic Design[1][2][3][4][5].
