BDB001, also known as EIK1001, is a clinical-stage immune modulator that acts as an agonist for Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) and Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR8). Originally developed by Seven and Eight Biopharmaceuticals, it was later acquired by Eikon Therapeutics. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, both as a single agent and in combination with other immunotherapies like pembrolizumab and atezolizumab.
