Overview

BE-106 is an investigational microbiome-derived biotic (MDB) developed by BiomEdit for animal health applications. It is part of BiomEdit's "Investigational Projects" pipeline, which focuses on utilizing bacterial consortia or engineered bacterial vectors to address specific health and performance challenges in livestock. The product is designed to modulate the gastrointestinal microbiome to provide therapeutic benefits, such as pathogen protection or improved feed efficiency, while reducing reliance on traditional antibiotics.
