**BEBT-701** is an investigational, liver-targeted dual-target small interfering RNA therapeutic developed by **BeBetter Med** for concurrent management of mild-to-moderate hypertension and elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. The single-molecule candidate uses the company's GalNAc dual oligonucleotide conjugate delivery platform to silence hepatic **angiotensinogen** and **proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9**, aiming to reduce blood-pressure-driving renin-angiotensin-system signaling and lower LDL cholesterol through increased LDL-receptor activity. It is administered by subcutaneous injection and is in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase I/II study in China, with a United States IND clearance also reported.
