Overview
BEBT-908 + cyclophosphamide + vincristine + dexamethasone + methotrexate + cytarabine is a combination therapy regimen being investigated for the treatment of MEF2D-rearranged and pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The regimen centers on BEBT-908, a first-in-class dual inhibitor of histone deacetylases (HDAC1, 2, 3, and 10) and phosphoinositide 3-kinase alpha (PI3Kα), developed by BeBetter Med. In this clinical protocol led by Ruijin Hospital, BEBT-908 is administered alongside a standard chemotherapy backbone consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, dexamethasone, methotrexate, and cytarabine. This multi-targeted approach is designed to eradicate minimal residual disease (MRD) in patients who have achieved complete remission but remain MRD positive, leveraging the synergistic effects of epigenetic modulation, PI3K pathway inhibition, and cytotoxic chemotherapy.
