Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bedromed is a pharmaceutical-grade cannabinoid formulation developed by Bedrocan Deutschland, available as oromucosal drops and a sublingual oil-in-water emulsion spray. The product contains standardized concentrations of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) extracted from Cannabis sativa. Bedromed is indicated for the management of symptoms in conditions such as chronic pain, spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis, and chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, particularly when conventional treatments are inadequate. By utilizing oromucosal and sublingual delivery, Bedromed aims to provide more consistent absorption and faster onset of action compared to traditional oral cannabinoid administration.
