Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Beliac Dermal Cream is a topical dermocosmetic and medical device-type product developed by Polichem, a subsidiary of Almirall. It is indicated for the relief of signs and symptoms associated with mild to moderate acne vulgaris and serves as an adjuvant therapy for moderately-severe to severe acne. The cream exerts its effects through a non-pharmacological, physical mechanism by forming a protective film barrier on the skin after application. This barrier helps maintain a moist environment conducive to healing while providing moisturizing, soothing (lenitive), and sebum-regulating properties to manage the skin's condition and stabilize the skin environment.
