Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BEN-101 is an autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It works through immunologic cytotoxicity and T lymphocyte replacements, using the patient's own immune cells to target cancer. The therapy is administered as an infusion followed by IL-2 after a non-myeloablative lymphodepletion preparative regimen.
