bendazol

Bendazol (also known as dibazol) is a small molecule vasodilator primarily used in Russia and some other countries. It acts directly on vascular smooth muscle to dilate blood vessels and reduce peripheral resistance, thereby lowering blood pressure. Bendazol is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension, hypertensive crisis, spasms of internal organs (such as stomach ulcers and intestinal spasms), and certain nervous system diseases including residual effects of poliomyelitis. It can also enhance nitric oxide synthase activity in renal glomeruli and collecting tubules, contributing to its hypotensive effect[1][5][6][9].
