QL1706 + anlotinib + nab-paclitaxel is an investigational triple combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, specifically triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The regimen consists of benmelstobart (QL1706), a bispecific antibody targeting both PD-1 and CTLA-4; anlotinib, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that inhibits VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit to provide anti-angiogenic and anti-proliferative effects; and nab-paclitaxel, an albumin-bound formulation of the microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapy agent paclitaxel. This combination strategy aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneously stimulating the immune system, inhibiting tumor vascularization, and inducing cytotoxic cell death. It is currently being studied in the Phase II QUEEN-APPLE trial as a first-line treatment for advanced TNBC.
