benzylpenicillin + netilmicin

This is a combination of two antibiotics, benzylpenicillin (also known as penicillin G) and netilmicin. Benzylpenicillin is a natural penicillin antibiotic that acts by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, making it bactericidal against susceptible gram-positive cocci and some gram-negative organisms[1][4]. Netilmicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, also resulting in bactericidal activity[6].
