Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bersalin Lengkap Selapan is a traditional Indonesian herbal medicine (jamu) package developed by Air Mancur (a subsidiary of Combiphar) for postpartum care and uterine recovery. Designed for use during the 40-day postpartum period (known as 'selapan' in Javanese culture), the kit contains a combination of oral herbal preparations (pills or powders) and topical treatments (such as tapel, pilis, and param). The oral components are formulated with traditional herbs including *Curcuma domestica* (turmeric), *Boesenbergia rotunda* (fingerroot), and *Gallae* (oak galls) to help cleanse the uterus, shrink abdominal muscles, promote breast milk production (lactation), and restore overall maternal health and vitality after childbirth.
