Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BETA-TT17 is an oral, small molecule multi-modal drug candidate developed by Filamon for the treatment of cancer. As part of Filamon's BETA platform, BETA-TT17 acts via the MEK-ERK-AP1 signal transduction and gene transcription pathway, specifically binding to select MEK and ERK proteins to deliver anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic, and immuno-oncology functions. It is designed to reduce PD-1 expression by T cells, re-activate CD69+ CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, inhibit major angiogenesis-associated genes (including VEGF, VCAM-1, and ICAM-1), and exert direct cytotoxicity on cancer cells via MAPK pathway inhibition. As of late 2025, BETA-TT17 is in preclinical development, with plans to make the drug clinic-ready in early 2027.
