A combination therapy consisting of bevacizumab, carboplatin, fosbretabulin, and paclitaxel. Bevacizumab is an antibody that works by decreasing blood supply to tumors. Carboplatin is a platinum-containing compound that attacks fast-growing cancer cells. Paclitaxel is a chemotherapy agent that disrupts cell division. Fosbretabulin (combretastatin A4 phosphate) is a vascular disrupting agent. This combination may be used in the treatment of various cancers.
