This combination has been studied primarily for the treatment of advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Clinical studies have evaluated its efficacy and safety as an induction regimen followed by maintenance therapy with bevacizumab and vinorelbine. The regimen aims to maximize antitumor activity by targeting multiple pathways involved in tumor growth and survival[1][5].
