A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of bevacizumab (a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting VEGF), cyclophosphamide (an alkylating agent), and docetaxel (a taxane). This combination targets cancer through multiple mechanisms: inhibiting angiogenesis, damaging DNA, and disrupting microtubule function during cell division. Bevacizumab targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to inhibit angiogenesis. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that damages DNA and interferes with cell replication; in lower doses, it also has immunomodulatory effects. Docetaxel disrupts microtubule function, preventing cell division.
