Bevacizumab + docetaxel + gemcitabine is a combination therapy that targets both cell proliferation and vascularization within tumors. This regimen combines the anti-angiogenic effects of bevacizumab (a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor) with the cytotoxic effects of the chemotherapy agents docetaxel and gemcitabine. The combination is used in the treatment of various cancers including soft tissue sarcoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and has been studied in other malignancies.
