This is a combination therapy consisting of three drugs—bevacizumab, gefitinib, and icotinib—used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients with activating EGFR mutations. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thereby blocking angiogenesis. Gefitinib and icotinib are both small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
