Overview

BG-85738 is an orally bioavailable, potent, and selective pan-RAS inhibitor developed by BeOne Medicines. It is designed to target the active, GTP-bound ("ON") state of multiple RAS isoforms, including KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS, across a broad spectrum of oncogenic mutations such as G12D, G12V, and G13D. By inhibiting the RAS signaling pathway, which is frequently mutated and constitutively active in various cancers, BG-85738 aims to provide a therapeutic option for patients with RAS-mutated solid tumors who have limited treatment options. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials as a monotherapy and in combination with other agents, including the PD-1 inhibitor tislelizumab and the EGFR inhibitor cetuximab.
